Today, this companies exchange network comprises approximately 3,000 resorts in more than 80 nations.


Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks a call center can expect to handle on a daily basis for the Interval Exchange Program:

  • Assisting members in a friendly courteous manner when processing bookings of a vacation ownership property
  • Assisting members to reserve a “place in line” in an overbooked property in case cancellations occur.
  • Persuading members to try an alternate vacation location if their first choice is not available
  • Processing payments for vacation ownership and upgrades or membership extension for our Core, Platinum and gold memberships
  • Using sales skills to offer Interval International products and services on every appropriate call
  • Demonstrating listening and communication skills to solve a customer concerns with out any type of escalation.
  • Delivering an overall customer experience that drives First Call Resolution.

Certification Completion Criteria

  • Successfully pass all tests and quizzes with a 90% or higher
  • Successfully pass role play scenarios Pass mock calls and live calls
  • Complete all self-paced assignments
  • Maintaining 100% attendance throughout the entire certification course, up to and including certification All Homework assignments must be completed
  • Provide a completed Notarized Affidavit of Identification with Photo ID

Home Option: We will help you get started in our Miami Customer Support Center until you have enough momentum and funds to launch your Customer Support Business from your home.
