Below are some general facts about Global Presence Solutions and Arise Work From Home Platform.
 

Q. How do I sign up for your company? 
A. Once you apply and completed the background check and the enrollment steps you are now ready to join our team. 

Q. I’ve applied to join your company, now what?

Q. How can I find out how much a client will pay prior to signing up for that clients training? class? 
A. Once you have registered with our company, we will send you the current opportunities and how much they pay.

Q. Can a client be dropped once I enroll?
A. Yes, you can drop a client at any time you wish. However, if you do drop a client you will have to wait 30 days to enroll with another client. So make sure to enroll with another clienbefore you drop a client. And remember there is no refund.

Q. What clients can I work with? How many can I certify with and service?
A. While Arise contracts with a whole plethora of clients, GPS strategically provides their services to only a few clients we deem the best far as pay and quality. By doing this, we are able to focus on providing our CSP's with mentoring and dedicated team support.

Q. How often are new client courses posted?
A. Clients continually open up new courses daily.

Q. When/how do I get paid?
A. You are paid after you complete client training or when you are in nesting (is when you take live calls during training). You are paid via direct deposit or by check mailed to your residence on the 1st and 15th of every month. If mailed it may arrive a few days after. See full detials here.

Q. Can I choose my own client?
A. Yes, but we coach our CSP's on how to choose the best paying and scheduling client for them. We have found that CSP's do better when they have all the company facts and connect those facts to their capacity and financial income needs.

Q. When do I start working?
A. You start working as soon as you pass client training and become certified (3 to 6 weeks).

Q. How many hours can I work?
A. As many as you choose. You set your own schedule and choose the hour slots you want to work.

Q. Am I required to work a certain amount of hours?
A. Yes. The client requires a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Q. What is my pay rate?
A. This is a pay for performance job. The base pay is $4.50-5.50 per interval (same as $9-$10 per hour). As you start to meet the required metrics the pay increases. The top performing CSP's are earning $12-$16 per hour. Some inbound sales jobs pay $20+ based on commissions.

Q. How am I paid (commission, base, hourly)?
A. Our client pays per interval (every 30 mins) as a base pay plus commission. Once you receive a copy of your SOW you can review the Program Specific Appendix

Q. What do I need to get started?
A. -PC Computer (laptop or desktop)
-DSL or cable Internet
-Phone line (Analog, digital or VoiP/internet) no Vonage or Magic Jack.
-VoiP headset for class and a dial pad with headset for taking calls. (see equipment requirements)
-Computer must have Windows 7, 8, 10 depending on the client. Mac works for some clients.
-A quiet place to work without distractions


Q. Where do I get a Voip headset and dial pad?
A. You can get them on-line.

Q. What is the difference between Analog, digital or Voip/Internet phone lines?
A. VOIP/Digital phones are phone lines thru the cable company. Analog aka POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) is a land line phone that goes thru the wall. This service is offered thru Comcast, AT&T, Century Link, or Verizon (depending on the state you are located in.) If none of those are available check with your local phone company

Q. Can I use Wi-Fi?
A. NO. You need to be hardwired into the modem when servicing as well as when you are in training.

Q. What hours would I be required to work?
A. You can schedule yourself to work anytime during the Clients service hours. The service hours for our client is usually 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Q. Once I finish a client training class am I guaranteed a job with that client?
A. Yes, once you successfully complete your client training you will be certified with the client and can start posting for hours and working.

Q. How far in advance are hours chosen?
A. The client releases hours every week for two weeks out. You can always release/swap hours if needed after you select them.

Q. When are classes?
A. That depends on the client and will be detailed in the client listing on the Arise Portal.

Q. How long is client training?
A. The training is for 3 to 6 weeks online in front of your computer. Usually there is training in morning, afternoon and evening (training time may vary)

Q. What if a client course fills up?
A. Then you will have to wait for a later training course.

Q. Are their any health benefits or paid vacation?
A. Since you are hired as a 1099 contractor there are no health benefits or paid vacation. However, as a 1099 contractor you can write off all business related expenses such as internet, phone bill, computer and home office.

Q. Are there any cost?

A. Yes there is. Here goes a breakdown:

  • ONE TIME COST
    • Background Check - $7.95 (Paid directly to 3rd Party Background Search Company)
    • High-Speed Internet - $30 to $60 (Paid directly to 3rd Party Internet Service Provider)
    • Dedicated Service Phone Line - $15 to $35 (We Recommend Comcast Month to Month Internet\Phone Bundle) (Paid directly to 3rd Party ISP or Phone Company) (POTS or VoIP/Digital Phone Service/Cable)
    • Phone Equipment – Keypad & VoIP $25 to $100 (Purchased directly to 3rd Party Company Like Amazon, etc)
    • Certification Course $10 to $300 (Cost depends on the company, Average cost is about $35) (Paid directly to Arise Work Platform)
  • MONTHLY COST
    • Arise Platform Fee - $39.50 per month
