      • See All Plans & Prices
        • GPS charges one of the lowest IBO fees in the Arise Network. We only charge $0.00 to a maximum of $24.95 every two week pay period. The cost depends on the number of hours an agent works. If agents don’t work the monies are not deducted from their direct deposit. The fluctuating structure minimizes a CSP’s (Customer Support Professional) risk from having a fixed cost, especially when they take days off due to illness, vacations, etc. GPS makes operating a virtual call center as “risk-free” as possible for CSP’s.

        • These monthly IBO fees cover our expenses to manage CSP’s who rather not go through the INCORPORATION process due to lack of time, funds or other reasons. Fees cover our operational expenses, preparing quarterly 1099 forms, payroll, tech support, consultation/coaching, and other services.

        • The term IBO means Independent Business Operator. To work with Arise you must become an IBO who operates an LLC registered with the State and Federal government and completes the IBO acceptance process. IBO’s are the only person allowed to have CSP’s working with their companies and assume the responsibility of co-training, co-managing, and co-paying. We ensure CSP’s receive payments every two weeks. GPS does not wait 7-10 business days to direct deposit on 1st and 15th, we do it immediately by the next day we receive a deposit from Arise. See payment calendar here.

While Arise contracts with a whole plethora of clients, GPS strategically provides their services to only a few clients we deem the best far as pay and quality. By doing this, we are able to focus on providing our CSP’s with mentoring and dedicated team support.

Clients continually open up new courses daily. See new posting in Arise Portal and find out their pay structure and expectations here.

Yes. GPS receives the same IBO fee no matter who the applicant services. We do ask that applicants choose the company of their choice after they research their expectations and pay rates. They can always choose another company and go through certification if they want to change later, or they can work for two companies. It’s their choice.

Arise FAQ

Yes. Work at Home Solutions requires that all individuals seeking to become CSP’s legally reside in the United States and be legal to work within the United States. However, Arise has made a business decision to not support the provision of services from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

You will choose the client you wish to service. The work typically consists in taking inbound customer calls involving customer service. There can be an element of sales involved. Opportunities will be given to you once you have completed the Admissions process.

One of the benefits of being virtual is that you can service clients in any environment that continues to meet our home office requirements and equipment standards. Please note that we do not accept candidates from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

You must be 18 years old or older at the time you apply with Work at Home Solutions.

Cras vitae ac nunc orci. Purus amet tortor non at phasellus ultricies hendrerit. Eget a, sit morbi nunc sit id massa. Metus, scelerisque volutpat nec sit vel donec. Sagittis, id volutpat erat vel.

We do have a few clients that require that you have a long distance package as you would be making outbound calls. Most of our clients are inbound calls that wouldn’t require the long distance package. So this would be based off of which client you choose to express interest in once you have completed the admissions process.

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as three to five days! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete. Once you join our Virtual Services Corporation and obtained the certifications, you are then eligible to begin earning income by servicing that client. You can begin working from home and earning REAL money in as little as 21 days.

You can work as many hours as you desire. However there is a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required under the terms of the Statement of Work (‘SOW”) on most client applications. We have hours for CSP’s to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions Process

This opportunity is very competitive. The amount of money you can earn will depend on the amount of time you want to work and your performance. In fact many of our clients offer extra incentives for good performance.

Windows 7 is the only operating system that is supported by all the clients that Arise contracts with. Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 are supported by some of the clients and Mac OSX may be supported for a limited set of opportunities. Please refer to the opportunity announcement (once admissions is completed) for additional requirements.

Yes. You can use your laptop work as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements listed in the FAQ’s above. Remember, you may not user any wireless connections at any time. Your laptop must be hard wired to a supported internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.

No. Arise will not support cell phones due to security reasons. Popular phone service is: Basic Talk ($9.99 Monthly)

No. You need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving Arise incoming calls. This line cannot be used for any other incoming or outgoing personal calls. Arise does require you to provide us a separate contact telephone number. In addition no one should have this phone number other than Arise. See Equipment Requirments. Popular phone service is: Basic Talk ($9.99 Monthly)

Yes you certainly can! However, we do expect our agents to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.

  • Hard-wired 3.0 Mbps download / 1.0 Mbps upload broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
    connection.

  • Note: The use of wireless connections to access any Arise system at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted. Additionally, Satellite, Microwave, and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.

  • Note: USB connected modems are not supported.
