How To Re-Activate A Deactivated Account

Sometimes when people create an account in the Arise Portal they are not allowed to move forward. 

 

DO NOT create another profile as doing so may permanently disqualify you from the Arise Platform. You may submit a request for a profile for re-activation 
Please allow Arise Admissions Dept. 2-3 business days to review your request and reply by email.


Solution is you must submit a request for profile re-activation  by emailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

 

  • Please allow Arise Admissions Department 2-3 business days to review your request and reply by email. Below is a sample template:


Email From: Try using the email associated with the original Arise account too. It will speed the process. If you don't have let them know you deleted the past email account and give them the original.

Subject: Profile Re-Activation Request


Body of Letter:


Dear Arise Admissions,

Here is my personal information that was on my profile:

  3. SSN Last 4 Digits:

  7. Full details as to how Admissions may assist: 

I attempted to create a profile with Arise but was informed:

  • User not allowed to Login.
  • User status is Inactive.

Please re-activate my account. Thank you!

 If none of these 2 primary solutions work you will have to reach out to Arise Legal Department by certified mail and request a reason for non-activation of your old account
